From Barbados, with the hard dub influence in full effect, OptikaTech (Formally known as "Optikatechniqua") takes ragga, electro and jungle, breeds them together and then scares the shit out of the resulting sprog!
OptikaTech (formerly OptikaTechNiqua) focusses on experimental bass tones and crunchy beats. Bringing in cut up vocals and electronic squelches to create the soundtrack to a nightmare. Born and raised in Barbados, he has the dub spirit in full effect, bringing elements of ragga into a soundcape spanning dubstep, breakbeat, acid and jungle. The album Sinister Dub is pure dirt, but with his forthcoming releases he brings in a little light to the darkness. This is mutant bass music. Prepare your woofers.
